Blenheim Conference Services

Our conference facilities are available for a variety of gatherings such as board meetings, interviews, training days, even small wedding receptions. We offer a relaxed environment to successfully perform your days objectives.


Conference room hours are between 8am and 9pm. Out of hours room hire are upon request.

We have two conference rooms available for hire.

Board room meeting room in BlenheimBoard Room

This is our small conference room, which can seat up to 15 pax.

This of course is dependent on how you wish to set the room up with tables and chairs. This room has 2 square tables & 2 rectangular tables that can be moved to suit your requirements.

Room setup can be lecture (table & chairs in rows), theatre style (chairs only) or board room (as shown).

Day hire: $100 per day
Half day hire: (up to 3 hours) $75 per half day.


Conference function facilities in BlenheimConference Room

This is our large conference room, which can seat up to 50 pax.

Once again this is dependent on how you wish to have the room set up with tables and chairs. This room has 5 large rectangular tables and 8 small round tables that can be moved around to suit your requirements.

Room setup can be U-Shape (as shown), lecture, theatre, board room, Square or café style.

Day hire: $175 per day
Half day hire: (up to 3 hours) $100 per half day


We have separate male & female toilets within the conference building.

We also have whiteboards, stereo, overhead projector & screen, TV, DVD player available for your conference. The equipment will need to be requested at booking time. Other equipment is by advanced request as it may need to hired.

Tea, coffee facilities available (upon request) see catering options.

Catering services available (breakfasts, morning & afternoon teas, lunches, dinners, suppers) see catering options.

Crockery & cutlery is available for hire, (no charge, if using our catering services)

As we are primarily an accommodation provider, our parking is for our guests, so parking is generally on the side of road, however if quiet parking may be available on site.

We will do our best to provide for any special requests; please feel free to contact us to discuss your conference plans. You are welcome to come and view the site to see if it suits your needs.

Participants and staff at your conference will get corporate rates if they choose to stay with us during the conference dates.
